The Migration Package is designed for couples who are saying "I do" beyond our primary service area—whether you're exchanging vows on a sun-drenched beach, in a mountain retreat, or at a historic European venue.
This comprehensive package brings Hawk Feather Photo & Design's professional wedding photography expertise to your destination, ensuring every moment of your celebration is beautifully documented no matter where your journey leads. From the intimate getting-ready moments to your grand exit under the stars, we'll be there to capture the authentic emotion and stunning details of your destination wedding, delivering the same quality, creativity, and dedication you'd receive at home—just with a more adventurous backdrop.

Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation
Contact us to schedule a free consultation. This brief 5-10 minute conversation can be conducted via phone, Zoom, or text message, whichever works best for you. During scheduling, we'll find a convenient 30-minute time slot to ensure we have plenty of time to discuss your needs without feeling rushed.
Step 2: Share Your Wedding Vision
During the consultation, we'll discuss your vision for your wedding photography. This is your opportunity to share details about your special day, including your style preferences, must-have shots, timeline, and any specific moments you want captured. We'll also review our wedding packages (Falcon, Hawk, Eagle, or Feather Pen) to find the perfect fit for your celebration.
Step 3: Contract Signing and Payment
Once you've chosen your package, we'll finalize the booking with a signed contract and invoice payment. A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your wedding date, with the remaining 50% due on or after your wedding day. Payment plans are available if needed to make the process more convenient for you.
After booking, you can relax knowing your wedding photography is secured. We'll deliver your beautifully edited photos within 3-5 weeks of your wedding day through an online gallery for easy viewing and sharing.
